Arabian Ranches

Arabian Ranches is a low-rise, villa-led community developed by Emaar Properties, built around the Arabian Ranches Golf Club. It was one of the first large master-planned villa communities in Dubai and has since been followed by later phases — Arabian Ranches 2 and Arabian Ranches 3 — on adjoining land.

The original Arabian Ranches is organised into a number of named sub-communities, including Alvorada, Mirador, Savannah, Terra Nova and Palmera, each with its own villa styles and street layout within the wider gated community.

Property types are predominantly standalone and semi-detached villas and townhouses aimed at families, generally ranging from three to six bedrooms depending on the sub-community.

Lifestyle amenities include the Arabian Ranches Golf Club and clubhouse, a community centre with retail and dining, parks and pools, and the Ranches Primary School within the community. The Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club sits nearby along the same stretch of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311).

The community is inland, away from the coast, with its main access via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, putting it within reach of Dubai Hills, Motor City and Dubai Sports City.
