Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 252 Billion in Q1 2026

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) reported that real estate transactions in the first quarter of 2026 reached a total value of AED 252 billion, a 31% increase year-on-year, across 60,303 transactions — a 6% rise in volume compared to the same period in 2025. A total of 718,160 real estate procedures were recorded over the quarter.

Real estate investment activity reached AED 173 billion across 57,744 transactions, reflecting 22% growth. This included 15,540 investments by women investors, valued at AED 32 billion.

Dubai's investor base grew to 48,448 investors, an 8% increase, including 29,312 new investors — up 14% on the prior year.

By segment, DLD reported luxury real estate transactions of AED 87.71 billion (up 26%), and foreign investment of AED 148.35 billion (up 26% in value, with an 11% rise in transaction count). GCC-national investment reached AED 12.23 billion across 3,228 transactions, and Arab investment reached AED 12.11 billion across 6,071 transactions.
